We're a team of professionals and we genuinely love what we do! All of our staff play a vital role in ensuring the seamless running of all our projects on a day to day basis - the people who make it happen!

A veteran of some 25 years’ in Recruitment, Kerry is as proud today to have her name above the door as she was way back when she founded the business in 2003. Already then boasting 13 years’ knowledge and experience in the industry, she quickly brought with her a firm ethos built upon flexibility, innovation and the personal touch, as well as a sound grasp of every client’s individuality.

Jade has come to Kerry Collins with over 8 years experience within the Health and Social Care arena, delivering bespoke recruitment solutions to the NHS, Nursing and Residential Homes, Mental Health and Learning Disability Units. Jade also provides an effective and highly responsive Homecare service enabling individuals to remain in the community, to be supported and maintained safely in their own homes and thereby enhancing their quality of life.

Despite boasting an impressive 16 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry, Kelly is just as passionate about the business as the day she started out. In fact, nothing gives her greater job satisfaction than building good long-lasting relationships in order to create the best all round results for both business and client.

We are now a well-established and highly-respected recruitment agency full of consultants loaded with years’ of experience working within Industrial, Commercial, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Skilled and Technical fields. We also boast specialists in recruiting across Finance and Accounting, Sales, Drivers, Warehouse Operatives and Telecommunication Engineers.

We are known for building long-lasting relationships with our clients and candidates and pride ourselves on our track record for delivering first-class quality service.
