Salary: £19,000.00 to £20,000.00
Kerry Collins Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator / Secretary to join our prestigious clients established team, who are based within Walsall town centre.
The opportunity offers an immediate start on a permanent basis for the successful applicant.
For this role we are seeking a candidate who is well versed in managing a busy and diverse workload, and will ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Duties will include:
In addition to the day-to-day operational support there will also be some involvement with the finance element of projects including:
• Issue fee invoices.
• Chase payments.
• Collate contractors’ quotes and check invoices.
• Liaising with internal accounts department.
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good organisational and time management skills
