Customer Service Representative

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £19,030.00 to £19,030.00

Kerry Collins Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our clients existing team.

Our client are an established Home Improvements company, who deliver their services on a national scale.

Ideally you will be passionate about the success of the team, being able to evidence a high level of customer service skill together with previous experience of working with field based contractors.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a customer service focused role and have a background within a similar environment will be advantageous.

This is a Permanent position that offers an immediate start following interview for the successful applicant.

Main duties;

  • Support the companies Remedial and Warranty department with the coordination of field based repairs and replacement parts
  • Liaise with field based fitters and contractors, internal departments and transport department. 
  • Coordinating suitable dates and times with Customers and Fitters
  • Reviewing customer contracts
  • Processing payments where required if not covered under agreement
  • Checking client files for previous plans
  • Updating internal records 
  • General administration duties 

Previous experience working within a similar and fast paced environment is essential, as well as possessing a polite and professional telephone manner. 

Hours of work will be 8:45am - 4:45pm Monday - Friday
