Warehouse Supervisor

My client, a large manufacturer based in Birmingham are seeking a Replenishment Warehouse Night Supervisor to join their picking team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in a warehouse or a logistics environment
• Demonstrate experience working as a Supervisor or an equivalent position.
• Be an approachable and personable individual
• Demonstrate a hands on approach, whilst showing a real presence on the shop floor
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Be experienced working on Sage software
• Have knowledge of FLT would be an advantage
• Have experience working with up to 1000 SKU’s / Products

The responsibilities for the Replenishment Warehouse Night Supervisor consists of:

• Being the direct report to 5 pickers
• Providing support to the wider team
• Working on the shop floor achieving set picking targets
• Working Monday – Friday 22:00 – 6:00

The successful candidate will receive:

• A competitive salary of £21,000 per annum
