Customer Service Executive

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £21.00 to £22.00

Kerry Collins Recruitment is currently searching for a Customer Service Executive for our Birmingham-based client. 

They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join them on a permanent basis. 

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for retailers, stores and distribution centres and will ensure the client achieves excellent customer service standards. 

Responsibilities include but aren't restricted to: 

  • Will work alongside the Account Managers 
  • Assist any new product launch and help with product development 
  • Regularly liaise with customers to process orders and resolve any queries 
  • Building an internal network to help provide customers with a high standard of service
  • Actively contact customers in order to receive feedback on the service performance

The ideal candidate with have the following: 

  • Be confident in liaising with external and internal customers 
  • Excellent communication and personal skills 
  • Good telephone manner
  • Experience within a customer service/support position

The hours of work will vary between 8 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday, with a salary of £21,000 to £22,000 per annum.
