Rav started in the recruitment industry as a recruitment consultant 15 years ago and has progressed through from Account Manager, Operations Manager and subsequently through to Group Operations Director. She manages the daily operations for all group recruitment companies and is solely responsible for leading all work performed by the fulfillment teams, thus ensuring vacancies are filled with high-quality candidates and all client requirements are met within agreed deadlines.
